Shipping Policies


At Vikingos Comercializadora e importadora, we have several shipping options, although we always ship through courier companies. To find out exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the delivery time selected, the value of the purchase, and the weight of the shipment.

The prices published in our different electronic and/or written media DO NOT include the cost of shipping, which can be National or International

The Client undertakes to provide a valid and locatable address within the Republic of Colombia or abroad, where the order can be delivered. In the event that The Client provides an incorrect address or that it is not located by the courier company, any other additional cost will be covered by The Client itself.

Keep in mind that for the delivery times to be met you must place the order before the closing time of our store. After said closing time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Please note that the delivery time to the courier company depends on the selected company.

Orders will be shipped only on business days, which are cataloged from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays in Colombia.

Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the amount of the transfer in our current account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

Whenever you place an order at Comercializadora e Importadora Vikingos we will inform you through our communication media of how we have proceeded with the shipment. In addition, we monitor the delivery and will contact you if there are any problems. That is why we ask you to provide us with a phone number in the order process.

SCHEDULE AND DELIVERY DAY


Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Saturday. understanding that on Saturday they receive until noon, delivery that will be effective the next business day, that is, Monday. They do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Also, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account if it is a local or regional holiday in the place of destination; We only consider the national and local holidays of origin.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies will be able to make the delivery throughout the agreed day. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but it is not obliged. In case they do not locate you, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must go to pick up the order at the facilities of the transport company.

The estimated delivery time and the shipping cost will be provided to you at the end of your order, by the Telemarketing person who attends you. And it begins to count at the moment that your payment is reflected in the accounts of the Viking trading company and importer.


RESPONSIBILITY IN DEADLINES AND CARRIER


In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining transit times.

The responsibility of Comercializadora e importadora Vikingos is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.


RETURN POLICY


Within the period of 14 business days following the receipt of your order, you can return it assuming the collection of the return costs.

In the event that you request the return of an already opened product, you can only return it if it retains at least 80% of its original content. In this case, you must return it to us in the best possible condition to be accepted.

If you have received an erroneous product shipment (we apologize in advance) we will assume the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.

Instructions to return a product: To return a product contact us , with the order data, your identification. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

If all the requirements are met, once we receive the returned order or product, we will proceed to pay the total charge for the order or send a new one, according to what you choose.
